Granitas is inspired by the rich tradition of Sicilian street desserts, where the granita was first made with fresh fruit, pure sugar and mountain snow. We stay true to those roots by using all natural ingredients blended with the classic Italian flavors. Served the traditional way -- with fresh whipped cream and a soft, sweet brioche bun. Granitas offers a taste of Sicily in every bite.

Once a rising star in elite food criticism, Dante's life changed forever after tasting a single lemon granita in a remote Sicilian village. That moment shattered his palate — and his sense of purpose. Ice cream became a sugary joke. American Italian ice? An Insult.

Dante is a fictionalized character loosely based on the real founder.
