Granitas is a U.S. based frozen dessert company inspired by the original granita — a tradition lost in translation. While American versions strayed from the source, we stay true to what made it special: simple ingredients, traditional methods, and a respect from where it came from.

Flavors Beyond the Usual
Forget the flourescent syrups, extracts and artificial ingredients. We only use real fruit and nuts, organic cane sugar, and purified water — just like they do in Italy. Simple, natural, better.
We don't drown our ice in sugar to make them taste good — we don't have to. With real ingredients doing the heavy lifting, we can use way less added sugar than the big guys — over 30% less than Rita's.
Why stop at lemon, cherry and mango?
Our menu goes further with roasted nuts, tropicals and traditional add-ons like whipped cream and soft brioche bun. It's not just dessert — its an experience.
